1. No Refunds of Deposit for Patient Cancellation
No refunds will be issued for surgeries canceled at the patient’s discretion, under any circumstances.
2. Rescheduling
The patient may reschedule their surgery once only, subject to scheduling availability and medical logistics.
3. Cancellation by the Surgeon
If the procedure is canceled by the surgeon due to a medical, technical, administrative, or force majeure situation that prevents the surgery from taking place, a full refund of the payments made will apply.
4. Cancellation Due to Patient’s Medical Conditions
If the surgery is canceled due to the patient’s medical conditions detected prior to the procedure, a partial refund will be issued, from which expenses incurred up to the moment of cancellation will be deducted, including, but not limited to, tests, evaluations, medical and hospital fees, and administrative costs.
5. Omission or Falsification of Medical Information
5.1 The patient declares that the information provided in their medical history, questionnaires, interviews, and preoperative evaluations is complete, truthful, and up to date.
5.2 Any omission, concealment, or falsification of relevant medical information authorizes the medical team to cancel or suspend the procedure at any stage of the process.
5.3 Cancellation resulting from omission or falsification of medical information will be considered the patient’s responsibility, and no refund, either full or partial, will apply.
5.4 Payments made will be subject to deduction of all expenses incurred, without creating any liability for the surgeon, clinic, or hospital.
6. Medical Priority and Responsibility
All cancellation decisions are made based on the patient’s safety and well-being and do not imply legal liability for the surgeon, medical team, clinic, or hospital.
7. Unforeseen Cases
Any situation not covered by this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by medical management.
